Chaiz is an exciting, venture-backed tach startup, building the first online marketplace for extended auto warranties. We are a remote first, dynamic and international team with headquarters in Austin, Texas and the US is our home market. We are looking for a customer support / admin person with high attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset. You will answer client emails, client calls and perform general administrative tasks fro our customers. The job can be done from South Africa, or from anywhere in the world if that is preferred considering the business hours. -> Working hours: 9am to 2pm Eastern Time (e.g. New York), Monday to Friday. Potentially a few hours weekend work can be discussed for extra pay. -> Pay will be in USD and through a contractor set up Requirements
