Freedom Pro is a fast-growing real estate education and JV partnerships program helping everyday people close land and real estate wholesale deals. We have active members, weekly coaching calls, hands-on support, and a dispositions team that helps students turn leads into real income.
We're scaling aggressively in 2026 and looking for a Community Success Manager who loves helping people, staying organized, and keeping a community energized and accountable.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Your #1 goal will be to ensure that every Freedom Pro member is supported, activated, and progressing through the program.
This means:
Keeping members engaged
Tracking their progress
Checking in regularly
Helping solve small problems before they become big ones
Making sure everyone uses the tools correctly
Giving personal encouragement + accountability
Ensuring our members get WINS
You will work closely with the Founder, the coaching team, and the dispositions team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Responsibilities
Send daily check-ins to all active members
Respond to all Skool messages & community posts
Follow up via SMS after 48 hours of no response
Make a call at 72 hours of no response
Track which members attended calls and who didn't
Keep members motivated, supported, and accountable
Encourage affiliate tool usage (Newleey, iSpeedtoLead, etc.)
Help members understand their next steps
Weekly Responsibilities
Maintain a member progress tracker (activation timelines, obstacles, wins)
Collect feedback and share improvement suggestions
Monitor "time to first win" and "time to activation"
Help reorganize the community as needed for clarity
Prepare a weekly "Member Success Snapshot" for leadership
Encourage deal submissions
Monthly Responsibilities
Compile community metrics:
Activation %
Engagement %
Win rate
Average time to first deal
Identify patterns holding members back
Suggest improvements to the onboarding flow
Help increase retention and referrals

Required Skills
Excellent written English
Excellent spoken English
Great follow-up discipline
Experience in customer success, community management, coaching, or virtual assistance
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Familiarity with Skool, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, GHL, or similar tools (bonus)
Basic understanding of real estate wholesaling (bonus, not required)
