Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the bellow is followed
  • Generating Job Cards (Local / Export /Distributors)
  • Generating Quotations (Local / Export / Distributors)
  • Generating Sales orders (Local / Export / Distributors
  • Generating costing sheets (Local / Export / Distributors)
  • Calculating freight costs (Local / Export / Distributors)
  • Offer a professional service and update clients on existing orders
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Customer Service Reports
  • Follow-ups with customers
  • Accounts queries a?? Income in advance for Export & Local clients.
  • Follow-up on Purchase Orders a?? e-mail, whatsapp, teams, skype and phone call
  • Report back, in detail, to customers
  • Report back to customers, daily, on Quotation and order status
  • Maintain and update one drive sheets and folders.
  • Customer discounts
  • Loyalty signed agreements
  • Weights and dimensions
  • Freight charges
  • Maintain and update Work Instructions
  • Import clearance of transport containers
  • Analyse Summary of SAP History and feedback to Manager
  • Retention of customers
  • Forecast & Planning
  • Open Job card reports
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 3a??5 years of experience in customer service or repair coordination.
  • Dyna Supervisory Certificate
  • Business Admin Diploma / Certificate
  • DGR Cat 6 Certificate
