What you will do:

  • Develop scientific content, implement and manage product and health training, and provide technical expertise for the Customer Service, Sales and Marketing departments, in support of brand.
  • Lead the Customer Experience team, ensuring all queries and complaints are resolved professionally and efficiently.
  • Oversee product quality assessments and escalate issues to maintain high standards.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, training programs, and brand guidance for internal teams and clients.
  • Support innovation with technical input on product claims, labelling, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create engaging content and expert communications for the Vital Club, driving community growth and retention.
  • Represent the brand at key events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Manage continuous product quality assessments and escalate product quality issues as required.
What are we looking for:
  • BSc in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 years' experience in customer care, scientific content development preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or supplement industry.
  • Registration with the HPCSA as a Dietitian will be advantageous.
  • Understanding of ethics and regulatory requirements in the health and wellness sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and a strong customer-orientation.
