The Opportunity
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service and Operations Specialist to be the friendly and reliable voice of our client's business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, can manage day-to-day customer interactions with empathy, and is comfortable supporting back-office administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Bilingual Customer Support: Answer and manage incoming calls, providing customer support in both English and Spanish to answer basic questions and resolve common issues.
Client & Account Management: Call customers regarding past-due balances and handle collections with a professional and empathetic approach.
Operations & Administration: Perform light bookkeeping tasks, including recording serial numbers and reconciling data.
Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer records, logs, and other administrative files.
What You Bring
Previous customer service, operations, or administrative experience.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.
An organized and detail-oriented approach with a customer-first mindset.
A reliable internet connection and availability to work U.S. business hours.
