What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, processing sales orders and quotations, and ensuring orders move efficiently from request to delivery. From coordinating with internal teams and updating systems to interpreting product requirements and following up on logistics, you'll keep communication flowing and clients satisfied. You'll also support data capture and quality assurance efforts using systems like SAP B1 and HubSpot, while helping spot process improvements that keep service delivery running at its best.

What you'll need You'll need Matric with Pure Maths and Life Science, plus a degree or diploma in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Science field. You'll bring at least 3 years' customer service experience, ideally in a scientific or technical environment, along with strong attention to detail, CRM/ERP system skills, and familiarity with ISO 9001 (and ideally ISO 13485) standards. Teamwork, accountability, and clear communication will be key to your success.
