Job Title: English Customer Service Representative



Responsibilities:



Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to provide excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests efficiently. Maintain and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Assist in resolving issues related to e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Requirements:



Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 1-2 years of customer service experience. Experience working with e-commerce platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Working Hours:



Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Pay: R9000,00 - R13500,00 per month
