About the Role

We're looking for a

driven, detail-obsessed Customer Service Representative

who thrives in a remote environment and takes ownership of their work. This role is perfect for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do -- you spot problems, solve them, and keep systems running smoothly.

You'll be supporting a U.S.-based company, working PST hours, and collaborating with a fast-moving team that values initiative, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone with speed and professionalism Take full ownership of customer issues -- follow through until resolution Keep customer records, tickets, and internal notes

Learn new tools, products, and processes quickly (and apply them correctly) Identify repeat issues and suggest process improvements Follow SOPs while also knowing when to think independently Communicate clearly with internal teams to escalate or resolve issues

Experience & Skills

Prior customer service experience preferred (remote experience is a plus) Confident using CRMs and support tools eCommerce or SaaS experience is a bonus (Shopify familiarity a plus)
