The position demands the ability to handle customer issues in a professional, empathic, and courteous manner. The ideal candidate must have the capacity to think on their feet, find answers quickly, and respond to queries promptly. Additionally, the candidate must possess the ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools provided. It is critical to maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Furthermore, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to learn and adhere to all customer service procedures and policies. The following prerequisites and credentials are required for this role: - A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft/Libre Office Suite is mandatory.
- Knowledge of CRM software is desirable.
