The Role

We are seeking a

Customer Service Officer

to join our growing team. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Your focus will be on customer support and billing - helping clients with their accounts, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their time with TutorChase.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone. Assist clients with scheduling, billing, and account management. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating where appropriate. Liaise with tutors and internal teams to coordinate lesson arrangements. Support clients with navigating our online platform. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working with online platforms and managing data accurately. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
