About the role
Youll be the first point of contact for customers across email, live chat, phone, and social media. On a typical day, youll manage around 78 contacts per hour, handling delivery changes, order updates, product enquiries, and general support. Social media interactions are part of the mix, so youll need to maintain a professional but approachable tone online. Fast, accurate typing is essential, as is a calm yet assertive communication style. Every contact must be followed with precise notes in the system to keep the team aligned.
