Job Description
Our client in the medical products sector, seeks high-level Customer Service specialists to engage with their client base and support their Sales Team and technicians.
Requirements:
- Immediately Available
- Matric
- 2 years experience in a Customer Support/Client Service/Internal Sales role
- JD Edwards experience
- Exposure to a medical/lab products or related environment
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good computer aptitude
- Word/Excel skills
- Good customer engagement skills
- Attention to detail
To offer customers a first class service to compliment the rest of the Corporation.
Processing of sales orders.
Processing quotations
Processing invoices
