Role: Client Servicing Consultant - Insurance
Location: Office based - Roodepoort
A leading SA-based specialist credit insurance solutions provider is looking for a professional Customer Servicing Consultant to join their vibrant team. They have an international network, delivering globally aligned services in trade credit insurance, credit vetting and credit management and are proud of their supportive, "people-first" culture. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service, you might be a good fit for this Client Servicing Consultant role. You will be supporting their Senior Advisors in managing trade credit insurance clients, where you'll ensure smooth day-to-day administration, assist with client renewals, manage policy documentation, and follow up proactively with both clients and insurers.
The role:

• Support Senior Advisors with client renewals, reports, and presentations
• Manage daily administrative tasks and client communications
• Assist with credit limit applications, claims, and policy updates
• Maintain accurate client records and monitor compliance
• Track renewals, overdue debts, and risk concerns
• Prepare reports and trackers for management review

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) required; tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Insurance advantageous
• 2 - 3 years' experience in insurance (commercial), banking (commercial), or financial services administration (commercial)
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Comfortable with data, documents, reporting, and CRM systems
• Exposure to trade credit or commercial insurance is a plus (training provided)
• FAIS compliance or willingness to complete within a set timeframe
