We are looking for excited individuals that will join our vibrant team. The individual is responsible for driving revenue through customer service efforts by engaging with potential customers, presenting products and services, and closing sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identify leads, build relationships, and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Collaborate with team members to produce sales Stay up-to-date with company products Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development.
Requirements:

Matric certificate or equivalent(passed). SA ID / Passport including passport. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
