We're a leading manufacturer and retailer of high-quality human hair products, offering a wide range of extensions, wigs, and hair care products. Our company also operates a chain of salons where our expert stylists help customers achieve their desired looks. We're looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Service Agent to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-store Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Process customer complaints and returns, offering solutions and alternatives Assist customers with product information, availability, and orders Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (if required)
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to R7000,00 per month
