Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer/ rep calls, emails and WhatsApp's
• Resolve queries, complaints, and requests within set turnaround times
• Answer Calls within the SLA set
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the ERP system
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and processes
• Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive team environment
• Assisting Clients to navigate the online ordering portal and provide necessary training
• Take and handle all Telephone orders and Sales relating to warranties and spare parts
• Occasionally working with rep orders and assisting with walk-in customers

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12/NQF Level 4
• Proven experience in customer service (preferably within a call/contact centre)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
• Accounting package current Sage Pastel (advantage)
