We're seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to manage the critical scheduling and logistics for a premier home inspection service. You will be the essential link coordinating between clients, field technicians, and real estate agents, ensuring a seamless and professional inspection process.
Requirements
Strong spoken and written English skills are mandatory, delivered with a professional and neutral accent.
Demonstrated experience in schedulingheavy customer support roles or previous experience in real estateadjacent support (e.g., property management, title, mortgage).
The ability to take ownership of complex scheduling issues, think critically to resolve conflicts, and maintain a high level of accountability.
Experience using and navigating multichannel communication platforms and CRM toolspreferrable Gorgias and Aircall
Excellent attention to detail
Nice to have
Previous experience providing support for home inspection services or related trades.

Your Mission Will Be To
Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and text messages.
Convert incoming service inquiries into confirmed inspection appointments and manage the endtoend booking process.
Accurately manage scheduling, calendars, and customer data using proprietary company tools.
Handle all necessary logistics for property access and inspection, ensuring the process is efficient for all parties.
Act as the central coordinator, effectively communicating and managing expectations between clients, field technicians, and real estate agents.

A reliable computer (at least with an i5 processor) and a stable highspeed internet connection.
Familiarity with softwares such as Gorgias, RingCentral, Aircall and Slack
A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro.
