A reputable company is looking for a Customer Sales Support team member to support its sales division and deliver excellent service to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with Sales Consultants and internal departments on all sales orders
Provide customers with regular feedback on their order progress and confirm delivery dates
Manage Sales Consultants' diaries
Assist Sales Consultants in reaching their targets
Handle a full range of customer service tasks related to the role
Develop leads by contacting dormant clients
Monitor customer stock levels and remind them when it's time to reorder
Actively participate in finding solutions for customer needs
Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients on Excel
Perform general administrative duties and provide backup support for colleagues
Minimum Requirements:
Matric or equivalent (additional relevant qualification is advantageous)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role is beneficial
Excellent customer service orientation
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite - Excel is essential
Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills
Punctual and reliable with meeting deadlines
Engaging personality - enthusiastic, energetic, and persistent
Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns
Methodical, with a fanatical attention to detail
Must be fluent in Afrikaans
Work Hours:
08:00 - 16:30 Mondays to Fridays
