Your Responsibilities:

Stay informed about our latest products, features, and stock availability.Teamwork:
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets and deliver consistent service excellence.Customer Care:
Handle questions and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.What You'll Need:
Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
Retail or customer service experience (an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
