Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, providing product information, resolving inquiries, and driving sales through effective communication and customer engagement. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close sales will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell products or services.
Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and performance metrics.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
