Job Description
Introduction
The Customer Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling The Unlimited's insurance products to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a passion for helping customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers face-to-face to promote insurance products. Explain product benefits, features, and pricing clearly and accurately. Meet and exceed daily, weekly sales targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Record and process customer information accurately. Work as part of a dynamic sales team to achieve overall company goals. Uphold company values and maintain a professional image at all times.
Desired Experience & Qualification
South African citizen 18 years or older Matric / Grade 12 with an average of 50% or higher Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven, motivated, and confident Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment Sales experience is an advantage, but not required (training will be provided)
