Job Description

Our client is a multinational manufacturing and production company that supplies timber.
The Customer Relationship Manager must be able to:
- Achieve or improve on allocated target volume and revenue of total product range.
- Achieve or improve on targeted product price.
- Monitor and manage claims in collaboration with Customer Service Team.
- Report on daily/weekly/monthly customer interactions(Call Reports).
- Prepare weekly/monthly Call Plans.
- Achieve or improve on allocated target volume and revenue of total product range.

The Successful Applicant
The Customer Relationship Manager must:
- Be energetic
- be a sales-driven person
- Be willing to travel in Western Cape
- Have a positive attitude must have a passion for what they do
- Must be able to get a long with everyone
- Building new accounts
- Be able to deal with multiple cultures.
