Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description

Duties:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 6 Client Relationship Coordinators
  • Oversee daily operations on online platforms and ticketing systems
  • Manage and coordinate project schedules to ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor and guide the handling of job cards and service tickets
  • Conduct regular client meetings (weekly and monthly)
  • Proactively resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Optimise resource usage and operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in a customer/client-facing role
  • 2+ years managerial or supervisory experience
  • Strong background in client service and coordination
  • Experience in a Contact Centre environment (advantageous)
  • Exposure to project management (beneficial)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and stay calm under pressure
Remuneration:
Salary: R35,000 basic (based on experience) plus benefits
