ROLE OVERVIEW



The Customer Relations and Sales Administrator is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers. This includes regular engagement, consistent follow-ups, and ensuring ongoing product orders. The role also supports business growth by following up with prospects and potential leads. Additionally, the position involves administrative responsibilities, using workflow systems to ensure organised processes and effective communication across the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Customer Relationship Management (Primary Focus):



Proactively manage and maintain relationships with existing customers

Regularly contact clients to check in, follow up, and understand their ongoing needs

Ensure customers are consistently ordering the relevant products

Identify opportunities to re-engage dormant customers and support upselling where appropriate

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups

Sales Support & New Business:



Contact potential customers from an existing prospect list

Follow up on new enquiries and potential leads

Support the sales team with lead tracking and client communication

Sales Administration & Systems:



Update and manage customer information, follow-ups, and tasks on Monday.com

Ensure sales-related documentation and records are accurate and up to date

Provide general sales administration support as required

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS



Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, conducting telephone-based sales or follow-ups, and working in a structured sales or sales administration environment

Strong telephone confidence and written communication skills

Excellent follow-up and organisational skills

Comfortable managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously

Experience working with Monday.com or similar CRM/workflow systems

Experience in the hospitality industry and/or textile industry would be an advantage
