Customer Liaison Officer TEMPORARY (Logistics)
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Strong computer skills (TMS, Word, Excel, Outlook)
3 years or more in operations/distribution/warehousing
Great communication & people skills
Able to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
Reliable, detail-focused, proactive, and good at problem-solving
Key Duties:
Build strong client relationships and keep customer satisfaction high.
Handle delivery and POD queries, plus issues like damages, losses, and shortages.
Manage complaints, service requests, and escalate tricky cases.
Communicate clearly about timelines, costs, progress, and any delivery problems.
Do daily reporting and keep records of interactions and discrepancies.
Work with internal teams to sort out customer issues.
Follow up on bookings, collections, and deliveries.
Process service requests, invoices, and general admin.
Provide support and basic troubleshooting to clients.
