Purpose of the Job





Provide support to Safricloud customers. VoIP/ Genesys/ Vicidial/ QContact

Minimum Qualifications



and Experience





Matric

Diploma in IT

Industry certification (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Fortinet)

5 years' experience in a Mid level IT Support Role including VoIP/ CcaaS

Job Responsibilities





Microsft Server Administration

Linux Server Administration

Network and Firewall Support

Microsoft Azure Administration

Sharepoint Administration

VoIP Services Support

Viccidial support and

configuration

Genesys Cloud CX

implementation and support

Qcontact implementation and

support

Competencies Required





Strong Windows and Server Administrative skills

Strong troubleshooting skills & experience,

Experience in Azure Infrastructure management

Vicidial Administration,

Genesys Architect flows, Digital Channels, SIP, QA

Additional Competency



Testing





reliable, energetic, goal-oriented, self-motivated and excellent time

keeping. own reliable transport, Team player

Salary; Incentives &



Commissions





Negotiable based on Experience

Working Hours



(Mon- Fri / Mon -Sat)





Normal working hours 8am- 5pm

Rotational standby, 1 weekend a month
