Job Description

Solutions focussed to ensure clients receive a high-quality level of service while coordinating and managing the often-complex logistics surrounding the delivery of services. Build and maintain strong client relationships, schedule project delivery, manage client feedback and satisfaction, as well as capture client requirements. Manage client expectations, ensure compliance with delivery SLAs and ensure expectations are met. Develop and implement tools to gauge client satisfaction, as well as centralise and analyse client feedback and data. Compile accurate and high-quality project plans, ensure the business management system is up to date and accurately reflect the business position. Gauteng based.
