*THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP/RMI APPROVED WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE*
Our client is a specialist workshop with a loyal client base and a hands-on team, a place where "teamwork makes dream work." They are looking for a reliable, punctual, and accountable Customer Experience Coordinator to join their wholesome team. This role covers reception, standard front-of-house, and administrative responsibilities, while also supporting basic marketing, website content coordination, and customer communication initiatives to strengthen the business and encourage repeat business. To be considered for this role, you will need at least 1 year of similar experience in a motor industry environment, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organisational and multitasking ability. A professional appearance and conduct, coupled with close attention to detail and accuracy, is essential. You should have a basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, or social media platforms, and be familiar with booking systems or CRM/workshop management software. An interest in branding, customer engagement, or marketing communications is important, as is being proactive and willing to take initiative, being team-oriented with a positive attitude, comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers, and fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. All of the above are non-negotiables.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
1+ years of similar experience in a motor industry environment
Above average customer service skills
Exceptionally well groomed, presented and articulate
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Fully computer literate
Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, or social media platforms and brand building
Familiar with booking systems or CRM/workshop management software
A stable work history
