Your Role:

As a Customer Experience Assistant, you're more than just a point of contact, you're the advocate for our customers journey. This is not your standard call centre position with scripts and repetitive tasks. You'll have the freedom to think creatively, tackle challenges head-on, and make a real difference with every interaction.

What You'll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and other platforms Handle order-related issues and ensure smooth resolutions Work closely with different teams to manage returns, refunds, and follow-ups Maintain accurate customer records and keep information up to date Support the Customer Experience team with administrative tasks as needed

Who You Are:

Detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right Able to multitask without losing focus Calm, friendly, and solutions-driven under pressure Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and digital tools

Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality Matric certificate required; diploma or degree is a plus, but personality and attitude matter most
