Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of a Customer Experience Administrator. This role will be based at our campus and offices in Tyger Valley. Successful candidates must demonstrate willingness to work shifts - Flexi-time, Hours from 8:00 - 15:00, and 11:00 - 19:00, Saturdays 8:00 - 14:00.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients, both online and on campus, and involves close collaboration with various departments to uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements

  • Final year student or graduate
  • Own reliable transport.
  • Computer literacy (proficient in MS Office and online systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexi hours: Hours from 8:00 - 15:00, and 11:00 - 19:00, Saturdays 8:00 - 14:00.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers (students, prospective students, and other stakeholders) with all experience-related queries and processes, both online and on campus.
  • Assist with data integrity checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Guide customers and prospective customers with campus tours and logistical navigation for classes or events.
  • Support relevant departments with administrative tasks and duties to expedite an excellent customer experience.
  • Assist in the administration and activities required for the execution of customer experience campaigns and fast-tracked processes.
  • Scan and securely save personal information of customers as required for regulatory and operational purposes.
