Customer Care Representative
Job Description
We are seeking for driven individual to join our growing sales team for our well-established client. The perfect person will be eager to learn and motivated to help grow the business.
Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and suggestions.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
