Reporting to the Marketing and Development Lead, this role is responsible for researching potential funders and partners, analysing sales and fundraising programmes, data and trends, maintaining client, donor, and partnership databases, writing proposals, and engaging with funders and partners
Key accountabilities are:
Identifying, targeting and sourcing potential partners.
Customer, sales and donor analysis and reporting
Database management and administration
Client liaison, reception and related administration services
Education and experience
A tertiary qualification in marketing, sales or fundraising with an emphasis on analytics.
2-3 years of experience in customer and / or donor research, analytics and reporting
CRM or similar database experience.
Proposal writing and submissions would be an advantage.
Knowledge, skills and personal attributes
Commercial sales knowledge, ideally with an understanding of corporate social investment funding in organisations.
Knowledge of art would be an advantage.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal and report writing and donor engagement.
Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
