***THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

Our client has a unique and challenging position for a detail orientated, customer focused individual who is passionate about classic and exotic cars. You will be responsible for arranging and overseeing all their clients needs, from services to parts to detailing and delivery and collection of vehicles. In addition, you will also be responsible for supervising a high-end wash bay and detailing service and ensuring that all administration pertaining to the department is done efficiently. This is a very demanding position which requires the utmost attention to detail and service excellence, you will be required to go above and beyond for customers whilst maintaining maximum efficiency. It is absolutely essential that you have customer facing workshop experience in a motor dealership, You are above average in Excel and Pinnacle knowledge would be an advantage.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of RECENT workshop experience in a customer facing role within a franchised motor dealership with some supervisory experience
Attention to detail
Intermediate or Advanced Excel knowledge
Pinnacle (advantageous)
Contactable references
Stable work history
A clear criminal record
