Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with a passion for customer accounts and support operations? We're looking for a

Customer Accounts & Support Coordinator

to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in managing financial transactions, customer support systems, and key document processes.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Accounts - Xero



Review and reconcile daily sales and receipt transactions Manage bill runs and ensure data accuracy prior to imports Coordinate billing files with branch Finance teams Perform accounts receivable reconciliations Support both NCE and Legacy billing models

Customer Support - Freshdesk



Maintain and configure Freshdesk fields and settings Allocate support tickets to the appropriate teams Process manual orders when required

Document Management - SharePoint



Maintain customer folders and ensure up-to-date content Track and manage daily unbilled items File and update customer data within FGTG Analytics

Rebates & Incentives



Provide support with allocation and tracking of rebate/incentive processes

What We're Looking For



Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software Experience using Freshdesk (or other support platforms) Confident working with SharePoint and structured document systems High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

Minimum Requirements



Diploma in Finance or Equivalent NQF Level 5 Qualification Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (accounts administration, billing or customer support) Working knowledge of Xero or equivalent accounting software (advantageos) Experience using customer service platforms (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Comfortable working with SharePoint or similar document management tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong numerical and analytical abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
