About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 07
Custodial Outreach Data Administrator
The Team:
The team is responsible for collecting and distributing equity ownership data from investors, portfolio managers as well as custodial banks globally. These disclosures are a crucial source of shareholding information which is critical to the success of our business.
The Impact:
You will be responsible for administrative activities which will support the team in achieving timeous collection and delivery of data, as well as ensuring legislative compliance in the markets we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidating, cleansing and public filing of data
• Distribution of data to internal stakeholders
• Ordering of data from external parties
• Other administrative activities as required

What We're Looking For:

• Administrative work experience will be considered a significant advantage
• Excellent attention to detail as well as an accurate, structured manner of working
• Excellent verbal and written command of the English language (additional languages advantageous)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to innovate
• Must be able to work well under pressure and be flexible and adaptive to changes in a fast-paced working environment
• Self-motivated, takes initiative and enjoys new challenges and solving problems
• Knowledge of the buy-side, sell-side or capital markets is a plus but not required
