As a Curtain Order Taker, you will be the first point of contact for customers ordering custom-made curtains. You'll guide them through fabric choices, measurements, pricing, and ensure their orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-store, online, or by phone
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable curtain options
Take accurate measurements and details for custom orders
Provide quotes and explain pricing, timelines, and fabric options
Enter and manage orders using our system
Coordinate with the installation team
Follow up on orders and ensure a smooth customer experience
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Basic understanding of fabrics, window furnishings, or willingness to learn
Experience in retail, interiors, or order-taking roles (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Tech-savvy - able to use order systems and email confidently
