What are we looking for?



We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:





Curro Holdings is a JSE-listed independent schooling provider that offers quality education from the early childhood development phase to Grade 12. Curro Holdings seeks to appoint a Curriculum Lead: CAT (full-time) at Curro Head Office to commence duties in April 2026

The Curriculum Lead: Computer Applications Technology will oversee the strategic design, development and implementation of the CAT curriculum across Curro schools. This role is responsible for ensuring subject excellence through high-quality content creation, assessment development, teacher support and curriculum quality assurance, while upholding Curro's academic standards, vision and values.




Key Performance Areas




1. Curriculum Planning, Management and Design




2. Curriculum Design and Development




3. Monitoring, Evaluation and Support




4. Compliance and Quality Assurance




Support schools in meeting DBE and Umalusi compliance requirements. Report on compliance progress across CAT offerings. Provide input to schools to maintain accreditation and ensure standardisation.



Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:




Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a PGCE. SACE registration.



Advantageous Qualifications




Honours or Master's Degree in curriculum design, subject development or education. Postgraduate qualification in content creation, assessment, or digital learning.



Minimum Experience




5 or more years as a Subject Head, Lead Teacher, or equivalent FET leadership role. Strong expertise in CAT curriculum implementation (DBE).



Advantageous Experience




DBE marking, moderation, or examiner-level experience. Previous experience in academic leadership, content development or e-learning.
