Job Description

In this role you are responsible for partnering with the business to provide a Culture & People Development (CPD) service through educating and influencing leadership and team members, and upholding and enforcing company policies and procedures in a collaborative manner.

  • Enhance team member relationships
  • Manage CPD Systems
  • Maintaining team member records & data
  • Co-ordination of plant recruitment process
  • Co-ordinate events
  • SHEQ Responsibilities
Skills, Experience & Education
  • Minimum of a 3-Year National Diploma (NQF6) or Degree in human resources, industrial psychology, business or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR environment
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Valid Driver's Licence
