Job Description
In this role you are responsible for partnering with the business to provide a Culture & People Development (CPD) service through educating and influencing leadership and team members, and upholding and enforcing company policies and procedures in a collaborative manner.
In order to enhance the well-being of each individual and the business
- Enhance team member relationships
- Manage CPD Systems
- Maintaining team member records & data
- Co-ordination of plant recruitment process
- Co-ordinate events
- SHEQ Responsibilities
- Minimum of a 3-Year National Diploma (NQF6) or Degree in human resources, industrial psychology, business or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR environment
- MS Office proficiency
- Valid Driver's Licence
