Key Responsibilities Include:

Have the ability to make minor changes to the artwork as supplied by the customer
Handle impositioning l maintain and update databases
Maintain and update artwork files and logobank
Back up data to the servers
Check and clear print-ready customer supplied artwork before going to press and
Liaise with sales consultants and clients on an ongoing basis
Ability to output the plate to the processor
Follow the complete process to make the plates ready for press.

To be considered for the position you should meet the following essential criteria:

Matric/N3/Grade 12 academic educational qualification ;
High level of computer literacy, together with a good working knowledge of Abode Acrobat Pro;
Knowledge of Prinergy ,Trueflow and Syspro software would advantageous;
Ability to effectively manipulate artwork to make it print ready ;
Ability to work without supervision and according to high standards of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail;
Good problem-solving abilities together with a creative approach to finding solutions to customer requirements;
Self-directedness and a willingness to work overtime as and when required;
The ability to work according to strict deadlines on a continuous basis; and
A strong customer service orientation.
