• Lead, mentor, and grow the technology team to ensure a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to drive business success and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology-related needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Monitor technology trends and market changes to keep the organization's technology practices ahead of the curve.

• Extensive experience as a CTO or in a similar technology leadership position.
• A strong technical background in software development, IT infrastructure, and system architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering successful technology initiatives and projects.
• Understanding of cloud services, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Experience in scaling technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the recruitment or HR technology sector is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
