Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at TELUS Digital Philippines, you will be the first point of contact for our clients regarding their air purifier products. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound voice calls, providing high-quality support and solutions to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound voice calls from customers regarding products.
Provide accurate information and assistance on product features, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document and track customer interactions and feedback in our system.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and address recurring issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
Job Qualifications:
At least 2 years of college education with no call center experience is required.
Senior High School (SHS) graduate or High School graduate with a minimum of 6 months of call center experience is acceptable.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and patience.
