Job Description
A leading organisation is looking for a CSI Manager to join their team. The main purpose of the role is implementing and managing the company's CSI strategy, focusing on food security, education, and sustainable transformation. Reporting directly to the Group Executive: Corporate & Regulatory Affairs, your responsibilities will include program management, corporate social investment, sustainable transformation, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Apply program management principles to deliver impactful CSI programs and projects.
- Demonstrate business impact by providing project management support for critical projects.
- Develop and implement the Group's CSI strategy, ensuring positive societal impact.
- Establish effective processes and governance for managing the CSI portfolio.
- Drive CSI communications, PR activities, and reporting to key stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of CSI programs with government objectives and community needs.
- Responsible for meeting B-BBEE targets for socio-economic development.
- Identify and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Develop community engagement strategies and platforms.
- Facilitate reputational impact assessments of implemented CSI programs.
- Tertiary qualification (Business Administration or similar) and Project Management.
- 5 years' experience as a CSI practitioner in a corporate environment.
- Budget management and stakeholder management experience.
