1.1. Thorough control by ensuring Sign & Returns on POD's are correct and verified.
1.2. Submit completed documents to various internal departments.
1.3. Effective scanning of POD onto Parcel Perfect system.
1.4. Follow up and verifying correct documents on Parcel Perfect system.
1.5. Ensure archiving and filing are up to standard and is effective to retrieve POD copies.
1.6. Complete return request promptly and accurately capturing of received data.
1.7 Ensure when bookings are made it is communicated with operations.
1.8. Control and verify return documentation.
1.9 Prompt responding to all customer POD queries
1.10. Report depot or customer concerns/problems to Management.
1.11. Escalate all possible leads to Sales Department.
1.12. Engage with depots/departments on customer queries and outstanding POD's.
1.13. Handle and resolve all telephonically and written customer queries.
1.14. Submit special quotes to Sales Department/Management for approval
1.15 Initiate and process claims for damages/losses by reporting it to Risk Manager
