Customer Service Centre (CSC) Agent

to join our team.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and full compliance across customer delivery processes and fleet operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment and is ready to lead from the front.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Excellence

Accurately capture and track customer orders Provide real-time updates on delivery status Maintain 98%+ on customer update surveys Ensure timely, accurate submission of Proof of Deliveries (PODs) Provide proactive communication and ETA adjustments to clients

Operational & Asset Monitoring

Track fleet assets and driver activities hourly Log all delays, unauthorized stops, and loading/offloading issues Ensure completion of OTR forms and Journey Plans Monitor and report on fuel consumption and driver behavior

Vehicle & Equipment Compliance

Conduct daily OTR, panic button, and DriveCam tests Ensure scanners are operational and escalate faults Perform random compliance checks and update logs accordingly

Legal & HSSE Compliance

Monitor driver speed, rest times, and route adherence Report traffic delays and assist with rerouting as needed Ensure daily camera surveillance and tracking screen monitoring Download and log DriveCam footage for safety reviews 2+ years experience in a logistics customer service environment Strong knowledge of fleet tracking systems (e.g., Ctrack, Fleetboard) Proven ability to manage delivery schedules and communicate with clients under pressure Familiarity with legal and HSSE standards in logistics Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to work flexible hours/shifts (12 hour shift)
