Job Summary We are searching for a CSAT Agent to join our company on a fixed-term contract in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. Our ideal candidate must have working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical/scientific methods or operational processes. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods. Works with a moderate degree of supervision. Essential Functions: Daily follow-up for client feedback. Daily follow-up outstanding calls. Record all feedback from clients. Generate Trending reports. Daily Weekly monthly. Identify risk areas. Qualifications Required: Grade 12 A+ N+ Qualifications Preferred: Preferred education and experience based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity Experience Required: At least 2 years experience in TLM CSAT, trending analysis, reporting Excel Moderate Skill Word Moderate Skill PowerPoint Moderate Skill Fluent in English Work Environment: Hybrid Travel: Travel will be required, own reliable transport and a valid driver's licensexc3x82
