Crusher Foreman (Mining Operations) - Northern CapeIntroductionOur Client is a Mining Company with various sites in the Northern Cape that is currently seeking a Crusher Manager to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSafety:Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies Production:Initiate Crushing and screening processes as set out in the mine planOversee loading and hauling from the crushing padMonitor capacity levels and identify standardsAssess production performance daily, ensure production targets are met Maintenance/Quality Management:Assist with planned maintenance schedules and resource allocationSupply Management with relevant information on machine breakdowns, services and performanceOver inspections on planned maintenance work should be monitored Client/Labor ManagementMonitor and evaluate contract performance and compliance with contractual agreements.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the clientManagement of labor force (e.g., leave, disciplinary, overtime, etc.) General:Be responsible for any and all DMRE visits, audits and inspections conducted on siteTake responsibility for the overall crushing function and the integration with all other business unitsSound knowledge and understanding of all relevant procedures and instructionsDesired Experience & QualificationNational Senior CertificateCandidates must have a valid driverxe2x80x99s licenseRelevant Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous (Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)Qualified Artisan will be advantageousMinimum of 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a managerial positionProven experience on jaw and cone crushing and screening machinery in an open cast mining environmentPackage & RemunerationMarket related
