From managing our website and email communications to crafting social media strategies and daily content, you will be driving awareness, action, and impact for South Africa's wildlife.
Key responsibilities
Plan, design and execute targeted donor campaigns (e.g. Guardians) that align with CROW's strategic goals and income streams.
Maintain CROW's website, optimize donation workflows, and integrate CRM tools (e.g. MailBlaze) for audience segmentation and supporter engagement.
Develop compelling visuals and copy (images, videos, newsletters, adverts, and social posts) that highlight our mission and impact.
Oversee all CROW platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with engaging and consistent messaging; build relationships through interaction and storytelling.
Monitor engagement, conversions, and campaign outcomes. Use insights to optimize messaging and strategy.
Design visually consistent materials for campaigns, education initiatives, and fundraising.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure all communications support donor, volunteer, and education goals.
