JOB TITLE: Cross Category Insights Manager, SSA

ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
We are looking for a Cross Category Insights Manager to lead consumer insights and foresights across Sub-Saharan Africa. In this strategic role, you'll be the voice of the consumer, shaping decisions that drive category growth and future-focused strategy.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead SSA insights & foresights strategy.
• Deliver quarterly cross-category performance narratives.
• Develop the industry glidepath and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage multi-category research programs and agency partners.
• Integrate digital tools and analytics into insights work.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, IT, and EMs to deliver projects OTIF.
• Promote agile ways of working across the organization.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL

• Bachelor's/master's in marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Market Research or Consumer Insights.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
• Experience in consumer research methodologies and data-driven strategy.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead multiple partners.
• Proven commercial acumen and agency management experience.
