Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous Minimum 4 years management experience in agriculture Proven hands-on experience with maize, soya, sugar beans, grass hay Proven experience working with large combine harvesters and planting equipment essential Ability to lead and work with a team Computer literate Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven experience working with GPS and all modern precision farming systems Strong mechanical skills Valid driver's license
