Were looking for a sharp and analytical CRO Specialist who knows how to dig into the numbers, uncover insights, and turn them into experiments that actually allow companies to scale.
YOUR MISSION
Lead CRO strategy and execution across a fast-growing portfolio of digital products. Youll be the person who turns ideas into A/B tests, insights into strategy, and pages into profit. This is also a chance for someone to come in and improve the department and build out processes that make CRO more efficient and streamlined.
This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role.

WHAT YOURE GETTING INTO
  • Own the end-to-end CRO process, from ideation and briefing to execution and post-test analysis
  • Analyze user behavior and performance data to uncover friction points and identify testing opportunities
  • Collaborate with UX, development, and creative teams to launch A/B tests via the company's in-house testing platform
  • Translate hypotheses into wireframes and mockups when needed
  • Share insights, wins, and learnings across the team to inform future product and marketing strategies
  • Build clear, actionable testing roadmaps for both mature and newly launched products
WHO YOU ARE
Experience: 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, ideally within eCommerce, or digital subscription products
Organized: You bring structure, strategic thinking, and clear prioritization to testing
Tech-Savvy: Hands-on with A/B testing tools such as WVO or Optimizely
Analytical: Youre fluent in data, from interpreting performance dashboards to drawing insights from user journeys
Meticulous: You care deeply about details, functionality, and final results
Collaborative: Youll work across UX, dev, paid media, and product
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days: Youre fully onboarded, launching your first A/B test, and identifying quick-win CRO opportunities
60 Days: Youve optimized key funnels, launched multiple experiments, and established a clear reporting cadence
90 Days: Youve delivered tangible conversion uplifts and taken full ownership of the CRO roadmap
